This is the best one volume overview of the UFO enigma I've found yet. Cousineau covers the controversy from the beginning through the publication date (1995), and hits all the main cases. He's not a UFO evangelist; nor a debunker. He's not into deep elaborate conspiracy theories; his tone is evenhanded and reportorial. There are many photos and illos and some fun pages, as well as recommendations for further reading. I would recommend it to anyone with a bit of curiosity about UFOs who is looking for a basic introduction to the subject, as well as to those who are familiar with the history and background and want a good summary. It's a good read and a fun one too.
