If I were to describe this book in one word it would be INTENSE. This is one scary, relentless, clever and brutal serial killer! The main character is one to root for. All the characters pulled me in where I was cheering for them while loathing the bad guy. The intensity grabs the reader early on and seriously ratchets up toward the end. I was twisted up in knots quite often and not everyone makes it out alive. It does wrap up well and answers all our questions but the twist at the end gets us where I feel the need to read the next. This is my first by this author and I will be reading more. Very well done!
