PK Dick's seminal book, which for some reason I have three copies of in different editions
Philip Dick is always entertaining and funny, even when he's scary. This is a great book, with interesting plot twists that will keep you reading and guessing to the end.
I liked this science fiction novel of the past intruding into the present. I especially liked the scene where Joe sees an early twentieth-century elevator instead of the modern one that should be there.
This is one very weird yet very creative story. I read it because it was on the Time Magazine 100 list and because i've read a couple of his other books, which are really good. This is a pretty cool story, with lots of plot twists and turns.
Dick's books are really gumshoe mysteries, set in a weird future. I'm not a huge mystery fan (they make me feel dumb for not being able to solve them), but I am a sci-fi fan, and Dick's visions of the future are pretty...Unik.
