Got a Bible for my son and there is a page ripped out of it :( I accidentally already marked it received. So frustrated at myself for accidentally removing the ability to report it, hoping the sender responds to my PM.

unfortunately, this is a case that could turn into "he said", "she said" as there is no way to prove that you didn't tear the page after you opened the package.  Eventually we all get burned this way at least once after you've done enough trades. It's possible the person didn't even know about the torn page as so many people don't read the Bible straight through and may never have turned to that page.

It wouldn't hurt to pm the sender anyway, tell them what happened. You might get lucky and they'll send the credit back.
