Does anyone know what's going on with the profile pages? I've been trying to update mine for the past two days. As soon as I click the update profile button, everything disappears. The first time it happened erased both my existing text and the updated version. So far, I've tried logging off and logging back on, rebooting, and using both the new IE and Firefox. This is getting frustrating!  Anyone know what's going on? Just gremlins?

PBS is trying to update some hardware.  I have this sense that it is not going well.  It is not your computer or browser.  Please copy your update and keep trying. 

Also, if you aren't using Firefox as your browser, do give it a try in Firefox.  But as Emily said, we're  assuming that hang-ups and errors this week are being caused by some kind of programming going on behind the scenes.

Most functions are giving some people error msgs.
