I have had to write many essays for class and have written 2, so far, on the harry potter series. This is a great addition to any fan's bookshelf and is great resource material if you need more information for your sources, or just to have some general knowledge. Some of the essays, and information about the characters are rehashed and feel boring if you are already a fan of the series and know the characters inside and out. But if you get the chance to read the book for cheap or free, its definately worth it!
