Ahhh.... I just had to get my extreme frustration mixed with intense enjoyment off my chest. I spend the entire Saturday reading! I haven't had a weekend like this in a while, it felt soooo good! I was reading the Undead Series by MaryJanice Davidson and they were the perfect raining day books to read, light, easy, funny, stupid (but in a good way). And now I am totally addicted! Which is were my frustration comes in! I'm still on the wishlist for Dead Over Heels and numbers 7 and 8! I can't decided what to do! I am pretty good at waiting out the WL because I have sooo maybe books in my TBR pile! But I'm addicted and I want to finish the series..... ahhhh woe is me.

My library gets them.  But I have to say, several MJD in a row?  I can only take so much Betsy in a day.

I have to say that was one series I read them all in a row.  So I know how you feel.  Wish I had them to send you.  I love that series.

I loved that series, too, until I came to "Dead Over Heels".  What is MJD doing?  I was very disappointed.  I heard this is how she is going to be writing her future books.  Count me out if that is true.

I read the first book and got halfway through the second one before I had to either put it down or bang my head into the wall. I love MJDs Fred the Mermaid series, but Betsy drives me up the wall. I wish I could get past it because I like the premise of the story. Sigh.

I agree!! I got rid of two without reading them when I first joined because they sounded like something I would hate (Queen Ditzy not Queen Betsy :)) But I love to read them because they are quick and light and funny and ended up getting those two back out of the system.

I haven't read Dead Over Heels, its in my TBR. Book 7 probably doesn't  make it back into the system as much as it should because they were made cheaply and the bindings crack after a read or two. It was one of the most offered unpostables I have seen lately.  OOh, I just looked and I am 3rd in line for #8 :-) I will have to check your WL when I am done with Dead Over Heels and see if you still need it.

I love this series! I've only read the first two and I'm waiting for book 3. I have a few more here and I just need unpopular, unwelcome and unworthy. I like to skip around though depending on my mood. I'm reading Women of the Otherworld, Queen Betsy, Mortal Insterments, and House of Night all at once lol
