I just finished this one. Is it just me or is this series getting less funny as they go along? |

I still think they are funny - I just love Queen Betsy. Undead and Unwelcome was not my favorite but I still enjoyed. |

I like the books but I will hardly call them books...long short stories at most. The publishing is a joke. The last few books have taken me all of an hour to read. They are double spaced, and what 300 pgs? I refuse to buy them. If I happen to get them on one of the book trading sites or the library I read them...but I refuse to spend $$ on them. She should be ashamed to published them as full books. |

I've always thought that Betsy was very close to being TSTL. Too stupid to live. Part of the charm was the juxipostion of a TSTL who is in charge of the possibly evil vamps. So I've had mixed feelings from the first one. I still read them. Sort of like my attitude to Laurell K Hamilton, I read all of them, but don't quite trust or respect the author. I'd recommend Shanna Swendson or Kathy Love's vamp series for humor. For me, MJD counts more as a quilty pleasure than a keeper. |

I've read up to book 6. I think that they are getting less funny with each book. I kind of wonder why I still read them, haha. |

I hated this book! NOTHING happened, it was not funny and the whole story was completly unnecessary! |

I think less funny is a good description. But I've still enjoyed them. |
