This book is a different read for me, but , although I cringed through much of the book, the main character was interesting and I cared about his story. It was compelling. I sympathized with his self-loathing and the sadness that he lived with for years. Credit must be given to the author, Anah Crow, for making Rase such a sympathetic character. I would never have enjoyed a book about this subject if he hadn't been.

This book is not for everyone, though. Gay male BDSM. Violence. The main character craved pain and the author didn't sugar coat it.

I would never have heard of this book but it was given a high rating on a romance website I sometimes go to. Thought I would give it a try and i'm glad I did.

This book isn't Hardcore BDSM, but it does have quite a bit of violence. The main character is very strong (LOVED him), but the story leaves a lot of questions unanswered.
Was a quick read, with an intense relationship.
