The characters were well rounded and all had obtainable careers. There was no "baby-mama drama" or "ghetto-girl hoodlums." I was pleasantly captivated until the end of the book. I have to admit the ending was a confusing let down for me but overall it was a good read. I was also pleasantly surprised that this was the author's first novel. I hope to see more of her work in the future.
