Tired of being considered Ms Goody Two Shoes, Calli Thornton was ready to kick up her heels for a little adventure while taking a break from being a highly successful pastry chef.
Bad boy, tattooed Gabe "Angel" Griffin had been secretly hired to protect Calli and her recipes from the competition. But he couldn't keep himself from wanting her! Taking her to his ranch on the premise of needing a cook, Gabe found himself opening up to this blue eyed beauty. But could a love 'em and leave 'em man like Gabe give Calli the forever she deserved?

I really liked this book. The heroine was strong, if looking for trouble. The hero was a bad boy loner that didn't feel he could keep his heroine. It was a wonderful read, and the think I liked most was that she didn't try to change her hero, she accepted him just as he was and taught him it was okay to ask for a second chance. Very good book, I highly recommend it.
