Take two of the following unpostables with each order from my regular shelf: The Fruit of Stone by Mark Spragg. Slight moisture damage at top of last 100 pages. All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, by Robert Fulghum: Parentheses in red ink on 3 pages. Night, by Elie Wiesel: slight split between 2 pages. Locked Inside, by Nancy Werlin: 6 pages with slight rips on the edges. Otherwise in good shape. At Home in Mitford, by Jan Karon: Looks like a puppy may have gently gnawed on bottom only of front cover and first couple of pages. Text itself is perfect. Bastard out of Carolina by Dorothy Allison: smoky smell The New Anchor Book of Canvaswork Stitches and Patterns: Faint stains on bottom of back cover and last 4 pages. Does not affect patterns. Brideshead Revisited by Evelyn Waugh: paperback companion to PBS (as in Public Broadcasting System) tv series. Some underlining throughout book. Ethan Frome by Edith Wharton. Probably the most famous of her novels...very interesting read. Only one or two comments written in paperback text. Give the Boys a Great Big Hand by Ed McBain: Carella and Hawes of 87th Precinct mystery. Occasional underlining in this paperback. Hunter's Glen by Phyllis A. Whitney. Hardback novel of romantic suspense. No ISBN but otherwise perfect. Wild Animus by Rich Shapero. Brand-new paperback ARC. Tiny Footprints by B. Kliban: paperback of adult cartoons. The Lighter Side of Golf: 31 photographs of professional golfers with amusing thought balloons superimposed. Just not big enough to justify using one credit. Nice companion to one of the regular golf books on my shelf. How Do Dinosaurs Learn to Read? by Jane Yolen and Mark Teague: 6-page mini-book...cute but not enough to warrant one credit. Memo: To Myself When I Have A Teenage Kid by Carol Snyder. An older copy with slight water stain on inside of paper cover. Still very readable. I have a few unpostables:
Lady Chatterly's Lover by DH Lawrence Non-ISBN (Mystery streaks on first half of pages, small water stain. Damage doesn't interfere with readability.) The Temple of Gold by William Goldman Non-ISBN (This book will hold together for one or two more reads, but it's definitely on it's last legs. Ripped cover, cleaved spine, pages themselves are ok, but barely holding together) The Happy Hollisters at Pony Hill Farm by Jerry West Non-ISBN (Hardcover, back cover appears to have something stuck to it, multiple stains and what looks like scorch marks. Binding is in great shape, though. Damage doesn't interfere with readability.) Rich Dad, Poor Dad - What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not! by Robert T. Kiyosaki ISBN 0964385619 (Lots of highlighting) Personal Financial Planning by Lawrence J. Gitman and Michael D. Joehnk (Textbook) ISBN 003075481x (A little water damage on the cover and the edges of some pages, barely visible on page. Also acceptable textbook usage.) Order either Finance book off my shelf and I will send both unpostable finance books free.
Order any other book from my shelf and I will send any one unpostable free. |

I have this book free with any order. It is a WLed book. Is in perfect readable condition and it just has a little water damage. PM me! All that Lives: A Novel of the Bell Witch Robertson County, Tennessee, early 1800s. The respectable Bell family is quietly working its rural farm, when something utterly horrific suddenly unleashes a reign of terror upon them and their entire community. The haunting begins with knocking on the walls. Before long, disembodied voices are heard whispering in the night, and spectral creatures are seen floating in the field. Then, 13-year-old Betsy Bell is brutally assaulted, and her father, John Bell, is violently tortured by an unseen force. The desperate townspeople, frantic with fear, gather to cast the demon from their midst. But a far more insidious evil lurks in the Bell home-more damaging and disturbing than the Bell Witch could ever be. |
