Book bazaar posters are where I (personally) decide on what book images to search for and upload. Image volunteers and others are diligently working on these for free.

Joyann, I believe that charging for this would be against site rules.  The Help Center offers this:  Commercial use of the site is prohibited.  

If you would like to do this for people and if they buddy you a credit as a thanks, that is okay.  But to ask for this as a service is not okay with the site rules.  Besides, as Dartha pointed out...there are people here that do this for free (and they are VERY busy workers) and to do this would be working against them in a way.

Joyann, thank you for wanting to help fill in the gaps with the book covers. We have a hardworking crew of volunteers doing this very service (for free), would you be interested in joining them?

It is against PBS rules to charge for a service like this, and credits are only to be swapped for books.
