I use endicia.com for all my shipping/postage.  Do I have to use the wrapper that I print from this website or can I just use my own postage?  I don't use actual stamps.

Yes you can use endica, you don't have to use the PBS postage.  I use PayPal for all my postage.  The only reason you might want to consider the PBS postage is that if you use a PBS DC (rather than endica or PayPal) you are guaranteed your credit as soon as that barcode gets scanned.

You are supposed to enclose the packing list portion of the PBS wrapper (the part that tells the receiver to mark the book received, etc).  I never enclose it, though (to save paper), and I've never had a problem.

I've been using brown kraft paper to wrap my books in and only printing the part of the wrapper with the address on it to save on printer paper and ink.  You can even hand address the package if you want to.  I've done that a couple of times when I didn't want to turn on my other computer that's got my printer attached to it.
