Anyone ever had this happen?  I have been a member for over 5 years and have used vacation hold quite a few times, but this is the first time the hold has had a glitch.   I placed acct on hold to end 9 NOV and the next morning before departing on our trip I checked and saw that indeed it was on hold and reflected the correct date to 'unhold' my acct.  Today I got access to the internet for the first time during our travels only to discover I had 2 book requests and the HOLD had disappeared!

I have messaged TPTB  about this problem and will be able to 'handle' the requests when I return on Sunday, but am at a loss as to how this could happen.
