I keep getting request for books when I have my shelf on hold. How are people finding my books?

I went to see if they were still on hold and it still says " No request coming or going are coming from my account.

What am I doing wrong?

If shows your shelf on hold to me.  Have you checked what date you have it set to come off hold?

Yeah, your shelf is on hold.  If your main account page says you have no requests coming or going, that means you haven't had any books requested from you.

There's a timing thing that happens too. If someone has requested a book from you less than an hour before your hold starts, then that request will still come through even though you can't see it in your account. The requestor can see it in her account during that hour, but you can't.

Also if you have posted a book that's on a wish list hold, the same thing can happen.

I thought I was losing my mind ;-) ! It has been on hold almost a month was on hold till July first, I went in and extended the date for another month yesterday after I posted..

I had to fill out why I couldn't send the book to the person that wanted it. I still can't understand how they found my books with it on hold for almost a month. This is the second time it has happen.
