I have 5 books posted on vacation hold. I have never wanted to post any vacation holds.  I have tried all the tips that librarians have given me to get the list off of vacation hold and nothing works. If posting the date of tomorrow to close the hold does not work, should I quit the club entirely for a day or two and sign up again. I'm worried that if I do that I will lose my credits. Any ideal?

Richard--

Don't quit and rejoin the club.  If nothing else has worked, use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to write to the site owners, R&R, to seek help from them.

I'm not familiar with what you're experiencing, but if the live help folks haven't been able to help, use "Contact Us".

ETA: I'm not sure what web browser you're using, but you might try clearing your internet cache and/or using a different web browser to see if that helps, if you haven't already tried it.  If you need help with either, drop me a PM :-)

I see 5 books available to order from your shelf.  It isn't telling me that you're on vacation hold.    Can you try deleting the 5 books?

Are you sure it's not the books that are on hold - not your entire shelf?  Something doesn't sound right!

Vacation hold puts all your books on hold. Are these books you received from PBS?  A few weeks ago they put all the books  you've gotten from PBS  on your bookshelf on hold.  I think you just have to click the Take This Book Off Hold button. They aren't on WL hold?   If this doesn't work, I would do like other sugested and contact PBS so they can fix this.

You're not on vacation hold right now because I can see 5 books on your shelf. Are you seeing the Vacation Hold on the top of the bookshelf screen and thinking it means you are on vacation hold? Because that is just a link you can click to put it on vacation hold, its always there. Since vacation hold is an all or nothing, either you are not on hold, you got it fixed, or you have some other books that are on individual holds that you just need to check mark and hit the hold/unhold button to post.
