Hi!

I don't remember putting my account on vacation hold, but when I log and click on the My Account tab, the top left title bar reads "1 to 20 of 20 - Vacation Hold."  Since the words Vacation Hold are there, does that mean the account is in vacation hold mode?  Because when I went to the vacation hold page, it the account didn't seem to be in hold mode.  I'm just a wee confused and was hoping someone might be able to provide some insight.

I just checked your shelf - you're not on hold.  It's just the link to put your account on hold.

If your shelf were on hold, it would have a red box above it telling you that. If you don't see the red box, then you're not on hold. I agree, the link is confusing. It should be a button that says "Setup a Vacation Hold" or something like that.
