Another treasure from Iyanla Vanzant, with the theme "Life is an ACT of Faith and Suffering is Optional." If you've ever been down, dissappointed, betrayed, abandoned, rejected, or plain old scared to let go, then you may be stuch in a "Valley", and "she knows the way out. Author is an empowerment specialist, and a spiritual=life counselor, who also wrote Faith in the Valley, Acts of Faith, and The Spirit of Man, based on the spirituality of people of color, in her national conferences and workshops.
