My girlfriend was looking for a vegatarian cookbook with simple recipes and a lot of pictures, so I grabbed this one for her off the site. She LOVES it. She says the recipes are delicious and easy to make.

Pros:
lots of pictures and teaches new techniques. NOT your basic vegetarian recipes this has more variety than the normal beans and rice!

cons:
there are NO short cuts. this is NOT a 30 minute meal cookbook. for that matter I'm not sure it's an HOUR cookbook
