Good book for the Vegan who is serious or just wanting to learn more.
Skimming through Vegetarian Epicure Book One, it seems that the recipes didn't quite appeal to my modern food ideas. Book Two, on the other hand, is filled with delicious, classic recipesespecially the Dal & other Indian dishes.
