I have a friend who has Diverticulitis and increases her fiber intake.  She is having Gall Bladder surgery and I want to make a meal for her family.  I purchased some hi fiber wraps and would like to fill them with something like julienned veggies.  Can anyone share a recipe or ideas for the veggies, the sauce, the "how to cook" (bake?), and/or suggested "side" dishes?
