Charming, delightful and gently funny -- I spent a good deal of this book wiping tears off of my face -- tears of laughter. A wonderful fictionized memoir of a new vicar in a remote tiny village in North Yorkshire, dealing with eccentric neighbors, parishioners, tradesmen and fellow clerics. A sweet, gentle read that I enjoyed from start to finish and highly recommend to others!
