Second of two books (Vol 1 and Vol 2) by the same author on this topic. Each book is full of B/W photos of antique furniture, with a brief description of the piece and an estimated value, divided by rooms and types of furniture. Each book is different. Great reference for anyone interested in buying antiques or just interested in the different styles of Victorian furniture. I don't have room to buy a lot of antiques, but I wanted to know what furniture was used in the period (including some obscure pieces), what it looked like, and the different styles of the different periods. These books are great references for that. When I do buy, the books help me know when I am getting a fair price.
