The BEST Vietnamese cookbook I have come across so far! Pictures of EVERYTHING including the ingredients, the step by step process and the finished product (even if I didn't know the name of the dish, I could still recognize it from the picture). Lots of home cooking that doesn't get served in the restaurant but we ate regularly at home. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!
