I've been watching the page showing the book on its way and the green part of the line is most of the line except it turns gray right at my state line and has been that way for a week now at least. Does this mean the book is lost? |

No. It just means that the book hasn't been scanned recently. DC only has to be scanned at delivery, so the map with the truck is usually not very accurate. |

The map is a guess and just a "fun" thing to watch as you impatiently watch your book's progress. The true story is told in the "details" . Books can go many wild places before it arrives at its destination. Ruth |

Can I view the details or is it just the sender? And if so how do I do that? |

Yes, the Details button above the green mark you've clicked on before is where you'll find it. Ruth |

I clicked on details and all it says is the original scan when it was mailed. It was mailed on May 30th in PA. It is coming to FL. Should it have other scans by now or is it just at beginning and end? Sorry so many questions. |

The only scans a DC package is required to have is the one when it is delivered. Anything before that is good luck. Ruth |
