I want to expand my interests-- Are there any good romances with Vikings? If not vikings what about Pirates? I have read a few but would like some new ideas. Also Romances that have an unusual setting? I mainly like Historicals.

Johanna Lindsey: Fires of Winter, Hearts Aflame & Surrender My Love (Vikings). One of the Malory's was a pirate (James), just can't remember which book it was:)

Katie MacAlister: Blow Me Down...Virtual reality game that takes them back to pirate times...very good!

There's also a  new author with a very good Viking Romance - Diana Groe's Maidensong.  I'm getting ready to read her second now, Erinsong. 

An old favorite of mine is Frenchman's Creek by Daphne DuMaurier.
