I read these books when I was in late elementary school through 7th grade. I am posting all of them which I own. When I was younger I really enjoyed them.

I never read these when I was younger, since I was already out of high school when they started coming out. However, at the suggestion of my hubby who HAD read these in high school, I decided to give them a go. After all, sometimes a person needs a little light reading! :)

I'm fairly impressed. The stories are pretty good and I think that any child or adult would be amused by them. They also teach some lessons about caring for your friends and family that I like as well. The writing style is excellent. You won't need to worry about your kids picking up bad grammatical errors in these (which can really annoy me when editors aren't doing their job).

I keep getting a laugh when the kids morph into things, like a lizard or shrew, and get totally grossed out because their new animal form goes on auto-pilot and wants to eat something gross. Maybe it's wrong, but it's definitely funny!

These are such nice quick reads that I'll continue on reading these book here and there because there are days that I want to read but don't want to start a large book. Especially for days like today when I'm waiting for other books to come UPS and don't want to be in the middle of one when they get here.

If someone told you Earth was under a silent attack, there's a good chance you'd think they were pretty strange. If that same person said Earth's only means of defense depends on the actions and powers of five kids, you'd probably start to look for a quick exit. Guess what? It's all true.

Rachel and her friends knew they were in for some pretty strange stuff from the very beginning. How often do you run into a dying alien who gives you the power to morph into any animal you touch? But that was before they knew what they would be up against. Now they know. And they know what they have to do. Before it's too late....

When I was in middle school, the Animorphs series was one of my favorites. I don't remember how this particular book was, but the series as a whole is imaginative and entertaining.

We can't tell you who we are. Or where we live. It's too risky, and we've got to be careful. Really careful. So we don't trust anyone. Because if they find us. . .well, we just won't let them find us. The thing you should know is that everyone is in real big trouble. Yeah. Even you.
