Had you resorted the list by Author instead of by Title or Date? Some books dont have Authors so they will not appear on the WL when it is sorted that way. When I just checked your WL now I see  you have 200.

Did you mark any books received recently where you might have had other versions on your WL? I have noticed that sometimes it deletes other versions for you and sometimes it doesn't. 

Or was your account on hold recently?  Last year I had to put my account on hold for a few months while we moved cross country and stayed with relatives.  When I came back and took my account off hold-a few of my WL books had become availalbe in the system and it removed them to my reminder list.  It'll leave them on your WL if just 1 copy is in the system.  But as soon as more copies are added it goes onto your WL. Some books have a high volume of trade and can go from WL to having several copies in the system in just days.

You can sort the RL by date.  I think that would be date added.
