I notice I haven't had a WL book offer in nearly a month----since about the time of the PBS update fiasco. I usually get WL book offers every week, sometimes as many as 5/wk. I'm still sending books, mailed 12 in the past week alone. So what's happening here?

I posted this already on the search update thread, but felt it might get lost there. Plus there's a separate thread on CMT as well.

Is anyone else not being offered any books?

I never get a wl book a week, ever. However I did receive a  wl offer fifo 2 days ago.

I received one this morning.

I have received 2 in the last month but that is way down from normal. I think a lot of folks are holding off posting until everything is really back to normal.

I've received two WL offers and also had a positive response on a WL book that I posted - all this week...  Maybe just one of those weird coincidences, Marya?

Nine WL offers since 2/10; 8 rec'd and the last was mailed a couple days ago.

ETA: the last one arrived today, DH set it on the coffee table & I found it only after seeing my email notice from My USPS.

I received 4 in the last two weeks, after not having received any for a couple of months.  I guess my dry spell was passed on to Marya.

I've never had a dry spell before, not even when my account has been on hold, even then the WL books on auto-request still come through.

I have had 2 WL offers this year...one in January and one in February. I doubt your lack of offers has anything to do with the site. I'm guessing a lot of people left in February when their memberships were up as well. I would have been one of them had I not been gifted a membership.

Honestly, it rubs me the wrong way that you're complaining that you're no longer getting once a week WL offers. So you're going through a dry spell. It's been over a month for me too. Such is life.

I got a wl book offer about 10 days ago. For some reason the person offering it waited 5 days and then said they would mail in 5 days. After waiting 7 days for the person to mail the book and nothing happening I canceled. Too much BS for me.

Don't take such a passive role, people! Ya gotta give some to get some! Start the karmic ball rolling your way right now! I'll take one for the team and offer up my own WL. That's right, peetty darn angelic, I know. Hit up my WL, post as many books as you want (as the martyr I'm going to be here, if need be, I'll go buy credits if it helps you). Wow, some of you get lots of wishes granted!

I got 2 wl offers in 2016.  

Wow- I feel lucky then! I've received 19 WL books through FIFO so far just this year. I've also had 5 or 6 WL offers come up that I passed on, because my library had recently gotten the book (I always check first.) I've also received many WL books through the games.

I've also had lots of requests from my bookshelf- especially multiple orders (which I love!). Even lots of "older" books. I've had lots on my shelf for a year or more, and they are definitely moving. Good thing too, since my WL seems to move so quickly!

One thing I've noticed- not sure if it's coincidence or not... When I post books, I get more orders. It doesn't matter if they're WL books or just books for my shelf, if I post a few books, I'll get a small flurry of orders from my bookshelf that lasts a week or two.

I got one last week. I would say that since I've been a member I've gotten about one WL offer a month.

I got two books on my WL offered to me this week! I can't even remember that last time that happened :-)

Love PBS, even with all the frustrations...

I've been getting WL books as usual.

I just got offered a wl book today :-)

It's a good month so far - I have 2 WL's in the mail coming my way and a Reminders List bonus coming my way . . .

I've received 3 WL offers so far this year.  All back in January.  That was an active month for me, usually it's like every other month I get a WL book.

I have tons of WL books to post but I don't need more credits.  I already have more than I'm comfortable with.  So, if the system ever feeds me some books, I'll feed it back with some.

I got 9 WL offers in the first half of January alone.  Few since, but I just figured after everyone took their accounts off hold after the holidays January was just extra busy.

Ever since the subscription model was implemented (I've been a standard member since it started), My wishlist activity has dropped significantly.  Books where I was chugging along, moving up the queue of dozens, even hundreds of people just stuttered and stalled.  It's been a year+ now and I'm finding less and less value with the site.  That's my biggest disappointment with PBS.  At this rate, it's possible I will not renew next year.
