The West memphis three are getting a new Trial on the DNA and possible jury tampering during first trial! Finally they will get a fair trial!!!!!!!

Tonite on ID chanel May 5 at 9 o'clock on Aphorditie Jones show they are going to go into The WM3 case again and there up coming new trials and if they think they will be released.

You beat me to it Heather.  I was going to remind everyone about the AJ show tonight.  I just Tivo'd it.

I think they will get out I think it is so obvious now that they will have to release them !!! I so hope they have spent there youth in prision as child murders doubt it was a good experince.I'm so glad for DNA and I also think we need to rethink how we use the death penalty Damien was put on Death row with not one shred of eveidence that should not happen in this day and age,

I was surprised that a new trial wouldn't be until December of 2011.  Geez, the wheels of justice grind slow...............

Heather, have you ever read Actual Innocence by Barry Scheck?  Eye opening.

I'm not sure if I have I will look it up. Do you subsribe to The innocenece project news letters? or The Southeern Poverty Law Firms Hate Watch? I get there emails and they are quite interesting.The wheels got them there quik but takeing forever to get them out.If HBO would not of filmed that trial I doubt they would have ever got out.
