I had not noticed the number of books posted for quite a few days.  Seems almost just last month I was shocked to see we were over 2M books.  Then this evening I looked, and we're nearly at 3.5M!!

I always wonder if that number contains the books on inactive members' shelves? There certainly are plenty of books posted that aren't truly available, as I know whenever I order a series book that's already in the system, most of the time it cycles through at least a couple people and times out before it gets to someone who actually accepts the order.

When I first joined PBS, there was about 60,000 books available--it's certainly grown since then!
