I have a question...How does someone delete a Nasty comment they made to me...on a PM...I really have a bad feeling here....It is saved in my e-mail though...and not showing up in the PM's?

As far as I know, a PM can't be deleted by the sender once it has been sent. Regardless of what happened to it, the admins should have a record of it.

Was it a comment made when someone declined sending you a book due to Requestor Conditions? I know those messages do not go to your regular PM inbox. And yes--PBS would have a record of them.

That happened to me once.  The sender deleted their comment, but when I checked the Transaction Archive later, it was all there.  So if they PM'd as part of the transaction, it should be there.

There is no way to delete a PM from your side of things. They can delete whatever they want from their history but it won't affect anything you or PBS see.
