I hate waiting for the reply when I have a RWAP. I just got a book today full of underlining and had to send the RWAP message. UGH! I hate waiting for the sender's reply. I dread the confrontation!  It's frustrating, too, because it seems I've had so many RWAPs lately! That or I send a book and the requestor never checks it in nor do they respond to my PMs. What's going on lately? Must be a run of bad luck for me!

i think it must be a run of new members! i have been having some frustrations lately and new members are the cause of most

and you new members- not all of you are the cause of problems- calm down. many of you take the time to learn the system and ask questions- we love you! some new members are just here to get what they can and leave- i do not like those new members...

Molly, don't worry, I didn't interpret your comments to mean all new members. :-)

I can see how a lot of new members might cause issues. Not all of them, of course! I'm fairly new myself actually! Somehow my RWAPs lately have been with long term members, so I don't know what to think! lol  Maybe they aren't reading the books themsleves so they haven't looked through them in depth? That seems possible...

It's possible they picked the books up at thrift stores or library sales and never read them, or haven't looked at them in a long time. I try to check my books before mailing them.
