Topic: I want a link directly to my list of books

I've seen this done, but I can't figure it out. Can someone help me?

Easy. Just go to your bookshelf and highlight the URL (website) at the top. Right click on it and hit "copy." Then right click and paste it where ever you want, like I've done here: http://www.paperbackswap.com/members/bookshelf.php Last Edited on: 5/13/08 4:13 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

That will take other people to my list, not theirs, right? All I see at the end of the link is "bookshelf.php", which doesn't seem very distinctive.
I saw a link at someone's blog and they had more than that. It was ./book/members_books.php?m=NDMzMzk=

Right. Click on mine above and you'll see it takes you to my shelf directly. If you have concerns, try it out here, like I did. ETA: I see what you are worried about, now that I tried mine. Lisa, when I clicked your link, I was taken to my own bookshelf, not yours! I assume you wanted the link to go to your bookshelf, right? |

Lisa: Your link takes me to my shelf. The simple address takes you to your profile which has a link to your shelf. <nickname>.paperbackswap.com (So mine is kayote.paperbackswap.com) If you really want it to go directly to your shelf, click on the "bookshelf" from your profile and you'll get an address that should (I hope!) be specific to you. Mine looks like this: http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/members_books.php?m=VnU1T2ROOGNIMk09
