Hello! Our bus driver gave me a tremendous suggestion that you all probably have already heard of. The plan is to wrap 25 (or more) books individually and open one each night before Christmas. I LOVE it and am ashamed that it hasn't occured to me before. I have credits, so that isn't the problem. As a book loving, reading family, we already have many, many childrens books. I am looking for more obscure but great books for kids, for an age range of 4-9 years old. (They all read above age level but I want to please the majority, so I'm looking for books I can read aloud, hopefully in a half hour or so, before bedtime each night. Please help me put this project together!

I have 5 for 2 credits on my shelf and will be adding more for the next few days. Let me know if there are certain titles or authors you are looking for. I have hundreds of books and I might just have some.

I'll match the 5 for 2 credit deals above with the children's books I have on my shelf.

I'd be happy to make a deal on my children's books (or others, for that matter).

I can also do the deal of 5 for 2 from my shelf.  I have different age levels.

Take a look at my bookshelf, as I have a lot of children's books from before I retired in 2006 from teaching elementary school. I will also do the 5 for 2. :)

I will do 8 or 9 for 3 credits and I do have a lot of unusual children's books. Some are the only copy in the system. You can check that by adding them to your reminder list. I will do a better deal if you find more than 8 or 9 that interest you. Just send me the list of books you might like and an offer and I will get back to you asap. I am open to offers from others, too. The more books you want, the better the deal. Thank you.

I'd be happy to offer 5-for-2 on children's books on my Bookshelf, too.   :)

I also have a few wish-listed children's books available in the Book List "Wish List Books Available to Order" on my Profile page.  You can include 1 wish-listed book in the deal, but additional WL books would be 1 credit each.

Sounds like a fun idea.  You may want to make it exactly 24 and start on December 1st. They can tell how many days until Christmas by the number of books left under the tree. The last one is opened on Christmas Eve.

Hope you have fun with this.
