Looking for used books of people that have gone through culinary school.   Thanks!

Surely you know the series "Heart of a Chef," "Soul of A Chef"  etc, a first-person "memoir" about going through the CIA in upstate New York, as a second career; the author's name eludes me, but you can find on amazon or maybe here. . And the book "Heat" by. I think, Bill Burford, abotu serving as a famous chef's apprentice. There's another by a woman who went to a famous French cooking school. Looking by titles can be a lot easier.

There are quite a few, but not a whole lot, if that makes sense. You can often find them in bookstores that have a "Food Literature" section, as opposed to recipe cookbooks.
