A classic science fiction/fantasy crossover from what many consider the Silver Age of Science Fiction. Stasheff writes an optimistic novel of an agent from a high-tech galactic society who infiltrates a planet of people stuck in a medieval society. There he must complete his mission while keeping his true nature secret from the populace.
