Excellent book! The characters in the novel were so messed up, however, Matthew, the deaf teenage boy who needed a kidney transplant, greatly stood out. I would recommend this book.

It was an excellent book, well written, original story line. Well developed characters.
I had a hard time toward the end... I won't give it away but I will say: as a Christian wife who works with married couples I had a hard time toward the end.
Well worth the read... finished it in a day and a half!

This is the first book I've read by this author. It is very well done, exploring topics that are unusual, but very interesting. I definitely will be looking for more by Christa Parrish.
