Anyone looking for a waterproof Kindle Paperwhite??

It is more expensive but would be worth it if you read in the bath or by a pool-

Completely waterproof down to 210ft

I use a Ziploc. 33cents for a quart size freezer bag.

The ads for the New Paperwhite show a girl reading in the Pool!  Wonder  anyone know IF it really water proof??

I don't think any of them are, Barbara. They're just showing people relaxing on vacation, not advertising that the Kindle is sand, dust or waterproof.

At Amazon itself if you look up "Waterproof Kindle" they just show you plastic cases to put it in.

Interesting. That company actually waterproofs the Kindles with some process. Wonder what happens to warranty? It also doesn't really say it works "with" Amazon. It's all kind of weirdly sketchy.
