I read this when I was maybe 9 years old and I've loved it since. It's about a young girl that snoops into her mother's vanity table with make-up, powder and "Mischief" perfume. It all starts from there. An pesky witch that rides a ....Vacuum not a broom, smells the "mischief" and comes to investigate with her Cat. Several different adventures and "learning" happen. I am looking for this book in Hardcover since my copy has been very well loved. I think a seven to 12 year old maybe older would like this book. Or a Mom reading it with her daughter. ;o)
