I got caught up in Christopher Pike books when my girls were teens. now they are adults, I still grab a quick read every now and then. these are good books. not truly scary, but great for the young adult

From Amazon:
A group of teenagers go to a party in Mexico at their friend's mansion. They think it's a time for beer, tan lines, and an overall good time. But somebody in they're little get-together is a traitor, and soon this enjoyable vacation becomes scary beyond imaginable. On Saturday, they worked on their tans...By Sunday, they were working on keeping alive.

The dream became a nightmare. The weekend in Mexico sounded like a dream vacation. Four guys, five girls - and a gorgeous oceanside mansion all to themselves. It should have been perfect.

Except nothing was going the way they'd planned. There was the girl upstairs who was fighting for her life. The phone lines that went dead. And the explosion in the garage that could have killed them all.

But not even that prepared them for what happened next. Because while they were getting some sun, somenone else was getting revenge - and the terror wouldn't stop until the weekend was over.
