I just started Weight Watchers! I am having a bit of a hard time managing my points so I am satified all day....

Can anyone share with the rest of us the great 'Points Deals' you've found?

What brand bread, snacks, treats, etc do you use that are lower in points than regular/popular brands???

Help the rest of us out by sharing please!!!!   =)

THANKS in ADVANCE!

I have found that a lot of times I can't find the weight watcher bread in my local store so I get the Nature Own bread in its place. For snacks I find if you get snacks already portioned serving size you will do better. I get the 100cal snacks. I have been on lots of diets and I have found that the weight watcher points is easiest for me to work with.

Jumping in here, I don't do weight watchers but do Hungrygirl.com, which works with weightwatchers.  Check out there website you can add your email to the list to get free emails about low cal food.

hebrew national 98% fat free weiner, nature's own white wheat hot dog bun, diced onion, sauerkraut heated up - about 2 pts and the onion and sauerkraut make it more filling(more than 1 the pts go way up because of the fiber cap on the bread)

orowheat sandwich thins(1), 1 serving lean lunch meat, red onion(this seems to really work!), tomato, dill pickle slices, mustard..about 2 pts and the onion and dill pickle seem to add a lot to the fillling/flavor. for more pts orowheat makes a sub bun that's 3 pts and is really good sized.

a zero pt veggie soup, mission extra thin corn tortillas(2 for 1 pt!) and either kraft 2% or ww mexican blend cheese (sometimes I'll use 2 servings of cheese for 4 pts plus one for the tortillas and zero for the soup so still only 5 pts for the meal

egg whites or egg sub(fat free) 1/2 cup for 1 pt and  2 servings simply potatoes hashbrowns for around 3 pts.

egg whites and fat free salsa in mission extra thin corn tortillas

very lean ground beef cooked and taco seasoning added and fat free refried beans mixed in then fix like a tortilla-less taco salad..Ilike a little avocado on mine and a good salsa

mission carb balance flour tortillas are pretty good and a decent compromise

chili made with lean ground beef and beans, rotel, chili seasoning is usually filling

taco soup - I make with chicken breast or very lean ground beef and switch up the beans depending on which version I make - very filling and yummy with a little bit of fat free sour cream stirred in

eta: those mini bags of lowfat popcorn are great for me also..1 pt per bag and lots of pieces

I've also found that sometimes hot tea that's flavored will tide me over a bit - esp stronger flavors like cinnamon or those like christmas cookie flavor...
