This is so good and easy!!

4 Cups fresh strawberries
1 Small box Vanilla pudding Jello Cook and Serve NOT instant
2 Cups water
1 Small box jello sugar free strawberry gelatin

Mix water and pudding, cook over med-hi heat until boiling. Cook about 2 mins or until thickened. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir and let cool. Put strawberries in a pie plate. Pour gelatin glaze over strawberris. Refrigerate at least 2hrs. Serve with FF cool whip. Makes 6 servings.

Here is my variation:

Slice strawberries (long way, not circles) put in a bowl, add sweetner (add as much or as little as you want to, i like mine a bit sweet) i use Splenda, put in frigerater over night. Drain juice, add thickened gelatin (make as above) stir all together. Cook a deep dish pie crust until golen brown, while still hot add a layer of ff cream cheese, then add strawberry/gelatin mixture to cream cheese pie crust. Put in frigerater over night. Serve with ff cool whip.

Again i do not know the Weight Watchers point for my variation, but if you make the original recipe someone told me it was 1 point per serving.
