I mailed out a book on 8/7.  The book has not been marked received as of yet.  But I was looking in my Transaction Archive and the book is not listed there at all.  Is the normal?  Shouldn't it be?

They shouldn't show up on your transaction archive until they're either received or cancelled, Sharon, so yeah, it's normal.  Aside from the long wait for the delivery anyway, which isn't long enough to consider it lost, for something like another 8 days or so, I think.

When the sender hasn't marked a book that they supposedly (because one sender told me she didn't know what I was talking about since she hadn't been here in months) accepted the book will show up with a question for you about whether you got it.  The books that you've requested and not received but has been the time limit for the "lost" book to kick in will also show up on the TRansaction with a question mark.  The ones that were supposed to be sent but weren't show up with an X on the Transaction guide.

The Transactions Archive is for non-active (finished) transactions.  Any that are still active are on your "My Account" page.  The transaction will remain active for 26 days after you marked it mailed, at which point it is marked "lost" and sent to your archive.
