As a collector of over 300 cookbooks, this is the one book I use most for reference and for dishes I take outside my home. The Homemade Boursin Cheese, Now Famous Cheese Ring, Toffee Bars, Teenage Delight, Party Cheese Fingers, Lemon Chess Pie, and Vera's Dip are easy and always well received.
