This is a cute story told from the Author's point of view. She's frustrated with her work life her love life etc. She didn't pay attention and puts metal in the microwave and blamo - she's in 1959 and its as strange as a foreign country.

There are misadventures that make you laugh and a love interest that makes it fun.

And the underwear conversations are worth the read.
