This was a great book. I read it for a class in college and really enjoyed it. It is a history book that is not dry or dull, and is full of interesting tidbits about these women that you probably never knew.

The author of this book has a very lively writing style, which works very well with the subject of the book. There were a few things that caused some disapointment to me (such as Amelia Earhart), but overall it was a good book. I do, however, think that the author missed out in the Seekers section by not including Margery Kempe.
