Please be aware that some of the older versions of this book have information about diet in them that proved to be dangerous to pregnant women and their developing children. The more recent editions have been revised.
Be very careful with the eating recommendations in this book. They recommend almost no fat for the mother while pregnant. This results in an extremely thin baby. My child is a teen and is still thin, whereas my other child, who I ate normally while pregnant with, is normal weight. Just my opinion, of course, but take this book with a grain of salt.
A good reference for any pregnant woman.
Great book for info on what to eat & not to eat when you are expecting. A ton of recipes too.
Chock full of recipes for healthy foods I would never eat, but I'm sure they're all good for you.
