Maybe not a very astute question, but I really don't know!  Anyone able to enlighten me?

  • What is the Buddy List?
  • How do I add someone to my Buddy List?
  • How to Use the Buddy List
  • I have tons of buddies - some are people who are friends - some are people who have bookshelves I want to order from some day - some are in games with me - some have sent me great books so I want to remember them - tons and tons of reasons that I use my buddy list.

The system will recommend books that your buddies wish.  Its a good idea to have reading tastes in common.

I have some buddies here because we all came over from another site and I have new buddies that I've 'met' here.  Some because we like each others shelves and check them when we have extra credits, some because we like to cook and some because we just like to check in with each other. One wonderful person here sends me a free book from time to time for the troops. And I have some buddies who I have no idea why they buddied me.  I'm hoping it isn't because they don't like me or they think my books suck, LOL.  :)
